How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping fee of $5. You can also get free shipping by signing up to our email list.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days, so most customers receive their order within the same week. During high-volume periods such as holiday seasons there may be minor delays.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the USA only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future. Sign up to our email list to be notified when this changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Cancellations must be made before your order is confirmed for dispatch. Once you receive a tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason within 60 days, contact us and we'll make it right, either with a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. If your order arrives damaged, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
